Brisbane Water Secondary College provides a safe and nurturing environment for students to develop.
In keeping with this, the YouthLife program has been successfully taught at Brisbane Water college since 1989.
Christian Values
The program teaches basic Christian values that are shared by all the major denominations. It supports student self esteem by emphasizing the value of each individual and provides a grounding in ethical standards for society.
Individual Responsibility
The program stresses our common humanity and encourages tolerance, understanding and responsibility to those less able to take care of themselves. It attempts to develop individual responsibility for one's actions.
Qualified Teachers
The curriculum is taught by qualified teachers who represent most peninsula churches and it presents the approved Department of Education program issued by Generate .

The teachings of Jesus Christ have been foundational in the establishment of a robust democratic Australia, with a shared set of values which have stood the test of time. Jesus modelled love and compassion for all, with a wisdom that transcends time. He offers good news for all and especially for today’s young students who will be tomorrow’s leaders.
You may like to consider including a Bequest in your Will. Please check this with your Solicitor and include the ABN 18 072 696 121 to ensure your legacy is forwarded to the organisation you intended. A bequest is usually the largest gift one can make to the charity of their choice. It is a gift that costs the giver nothing as it is paid from their estate.
